  5. And heat a kadai and add water oil and the seasonings and add the soaked basmati rice

  7. Again heat another kadai and add 3 tsps of oil and add garlic, onion and saute it for 3 to 4 minutes
  8. Now add chilli powder, coriander powder and add the tomatoes
  9. And saute it fo 5 minutes until the colour changes
  10. Now add the paneer and curd mixture to the kadai
  11. Add quarter cup of water and adjust the consistency
  12. Now add the basmati rice and just spread it and not mix it
  13. Now add some fresh coriander leaves and 1 tsp of ghee
  14. And close it with a plate for 10 minutes
  15. After 10 minutes open the lid and give it a mix
