  1. Take a pan, wash mutton, add ginger garlic paste, lal mirchi, salt,haldi,paprika, garam masala powder.
  2. Add crushed fried onion, soaked saffron in a milk,ghee, curd,lemon juice.
  3. Add 1/2cup mint leaves,1/2 cup coriander leaves, and 5tsp hari mirchi paste, mix well for 5-10minutes. Put it for overnight for marination,, if u want to cook after 2 hrs, add 1/2cup papaya paste.
  4. Next day, take a pan add 21/2 litre water, let it boil, add1/2 mint, 1/2 coriander, 6-7 harimirchi, shahzeera 2tsp, garam masala whole 1tsp, ghee, salt, let it cook upto 80%strain the water, put it aside. Take a marianated mutton gravy, add cooked rice, layer 5tsp fried onion, and sprinkel some mint and coriander leaves,add 1/2cup saffron milk. And 1/2 cup ghee.
  5. And cover the lid with the help of alluminuium, and put weight in it, put the medium high flame for 5-7 minutes, later cook it for 30-35 minutes on low flame... dish out and serve mutton biryani with mirchiyu ka salan and dahi ki chutney
