  27. 2 tbsp crushed coconut
  28. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  29. Raita
  30. 250 gm yogurt
  31. 1 tbsp roasted cumin powder
  32. 1/2 tsp gram masala powder
  33. 1 tsp black salt
  34. Salad
  35. 2 Onions finely cut
  36. 1 tomato finely cut
  37. 2 green chillies finely cut
  38. 1-2 cucumbers finely cut
  39. 1 lemon
  40. Salt

Instructions to make to make Matar Pulao

  1. Put oil in a pan and add onions in it. When onions turns golden brown, then add whole spices in it. Bhonofy it.
  2. Now add peas, bhonofy it for a while and then add water in it.
  3. When peas become tender, then add green chillies and rice into it. Add little water according to rice tendency.
  4. When rice is half cooked (check 1 rice with ur finger and also salt). Now add yogurt, mix it well and give dum for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Serve it hot.
  6. For red chutney: blend all the ingredients in a blender. And serve it in a bowl.
  7. For Green chutney: blend all ingredients in a blender and then dish out it
  8. For raita: beat yogurt into a bowl, then add all spices and mix it well.
  9. Salad: mix all vegetables and spices. Serve it in a bowl.
