    Sieve the boiled rice and keep aside.
  2. In a separate pan, fan onions in hot oil/ghee till golden brown.
    Now add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, potatoes, meat, yogurt, green chilies and BOMBAY BIRYANI MASALA 1 packets and fry for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Now (add 2 glasses of water if you use beef or mutton. Don’t add water if you use chicken) cook on medium flame till meat becomes tender and a little gravy remained.
  4. Now in a separate pan, arrange alternate layers of cooked meat and boiled rice and then simmer.
    Mix together rice and meat.
  5. You can add yellow food colour if required.
    Delicious Bombay Biryani is ready. Serve with salad and raita.
