  1. Gola Kabab. (INGREDIENTS)
  2. 750 gm Beef Keema (Minced Meat)
  3. 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  4. Green chilies 4-5 chopped
  5. Turmeric powder half tsp
  6. Salt as your taste
  7. 2 tbsp Red chilli powder
  8. 1 tbsp Garam Masala
  9. Coriander Powder 1 & half tbsp
  10. Mint leave 4 tbsp chopped
  11. Onion 1 chopped
  12. Coriander leave 4 tbsp chopped
  13. Pulao Ingredients..!
  14. Oil half cup
  15. 1 slice Onion
  16. 1 Cinnamon (Darchini)
  17. Bay leaf (Tezpatta) 2
  18. 1 Black cardamom
  19. 2 Star anise (Badyan ka phool)
  20. 1 tsp Soonf
  21. 1 tsp White zeera
  22. 1 tsp Shahi zeera
  23. 1 Jawatri
  24. Jaifel half tsp
  25. 5 Green cardamom
  26. 6 Long
  27. 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  28. Chicken Knorr Cube 1
  29. Yogurt half cup
  30. Salt as your taste
  31. Fresh Green chilies 12-15 whole
  32. 1 kg Basmati Rice
  33. 4 glasses Water
  34. 3-4 tbsp Onion fry

Instructions to make to make Moti Pulao

  1. Gola Kabab Method. Take a bowl add all the ingredients together Mix it well.
  2. Then make small balls & make fry in pan.Then keep a side
  3. Pulao Method. Take a pot add oil, Onion & cook until onion become saute
  4. Then add in whole spices (Cinnamon, Bay leaf, Black cardamom, Star anise, Soonf, White zeera, Shahi zeera, Jawatri, Jaifel, Green cardamom, Long) cook until aroma.
  5. Then add Ginger garlic paste, Chicken Knorr Cube,
  6. Yogurt, Salt as your taste,
  7. Fresh Green chilies and cook 3-4 mins at least.
  8. Then add Basmati rice & water then mix it with spoon
  9. Then cover it to cook at high flame.
  10. When Rice water get dry and rice become cooked then add Gola kabab on top, Fry onion and cover it and cook on low flame for 5 or 10 mins.
  11. Moti Pulao is ready to serve.
