- Take a chopper add onion, green chillis, ginger and garlic and chopped it well
- Now mix it in chikcken mince
- Add all spices in chicken mince and nake mixture rest for 15 mins and make small balls like kofty
- Now take a pateela add oil and fry onions untill light brown
- Now add ginger garlic paste in it and fry it
- Now add tomatoes and all spices and beryani masala in it and make masala
- Now dip the koftas in dahi
- Add them in masala and cook them for 10 - 15mins don't use spoon when you add koftas just move the pateela slowly to turn the koftas
- When it leaves oil add water in it and let it boil add konr cube in it
- Now add rice in it and cook them when water dry up put them in dumm
- Now add zarda rung, garlic and fresh coriander in rice leave for 5 - 8min at low flame
