- Mix three cups of curd with salt, paprika, biryani masala, chillies, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, mint, coriander leaf and lemon juice
- Marination: Cut paneer into cubes, cut capsicum and onions and add them to the curd mixture
- Leave the marinated paneer for 1 hr
- Boil water with jeera, star anise, jawatri, pepper, cardamom, bay leaf and cloves
- Once water is boiled add required salt and rice to cook the rice up to 70%
- Drain water from half cooked rice and keep it seperately
- Take the bowl in which biryani is being cooked.
Add 2 tbsp oil and fry onion, once the onion is fried to golden brown color switch off the stove and add marinated paneer - Add the half cooked rice as a layer.
Add saffron milk on the rice layer
