- 1/2 cup Curd
- to taste Salt
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
- 1 Lemon
- 1 tbsp Dhaniya powder
- 1 tbsp Jeera powder
- 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp Cardomon powder
- 1tsp powder Clove
- 1 tsp Black pepper powder
- Roasting
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dhaniya powder
- as per taste Salt
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tsp Jeera powder
Instructions to make to make Kabsa Arabian dish
- Wash and dry the chicken leg pieces and marinate a day before to get chicken full of flavors. Put cuts on the pieces.
- Add lemon, salt ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, curd, dhaniya powder, zeera powder, black pepper powder lemon juice, cinnamon, cardomon n Clove powder mix n massage n keep it in the fridge
- Let's prepare chicken broth. Take oil fry onion brown add whole spices then add the marinated chicken cook on high flame for 2 mins add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste mix it nicely add dried lemon n garlic chopped add 4 glasses of water bring to boil the chicken will be cooked in this water.
- After sometime rwomve chicken from the broth add carrots grated and soaked rice and cook the rice until done.
- Now fry dein fruits I have taken almonds and black raisens fry them in ghee.
- Now roast the chicken in pan or oven put a layer of masala prepared with lemon juice ginger garlic paste dhaniya and zeera powder n rd chilli powder coat over it and pan grill it.
- Finally arrange chicken over rice n. Garnish fried dry fruits. And enjoy with tomato salsa.
