Now nix Rice paste salt and curd. Add water to adjust consistancy. Mix properly.Add eno pouch Beat with hand one side. - Grease idli mould with oil. Fill idli mould with batter.Keep in a steamer Cover and steam 10-12min.
Take out idli mould. Leave it 2more n. And demould.
