- When yakhni become boil add add rice adjust salt, cook on high flame. When it become boil again add fresh coriander leaves, green chillies now low down the flame, place chicken pieces on rice and cook till the rice becomes done sprinkle some brown onions on top of rice
- Some times I just used yakhni and discart the chicken pieces. When I am making any gravy or kababs with yakhni palao as the chicken get tasteless n dry..
