These shami kabab are healthiest snack, fast food option because they aren't deep fry also have just 10- 15% fat. One shami kaban  has 141 calorie 6.3g total fat, 81mg cholesterol, 58mg sodium, 262mg potassium, 6.5g total carbohydrates, 1.2g sugar and 14.8g protein. Ingredients and spices that need to be Get to make Scrumptious Shami Kabab:

  1. 500 g Mince Mutton/ Beef
  2. 1 Onion Finely Sliced
  3. 8-10 Whole Red Chillies
  4. 2 Tsp Whole Black pepper
  5. 8-9 Cloves
  6. 1 Tbd Ginger Garlic Paste
  7. After Half Done:
  8. 2 Tsp Whole Coriander
  9. 1 1/2 Tbs Cumin Seeds
  10. 1 Tsp Salt
  11. 1/2 Tsp Termaric Powder
  12. 1 Cup ChanaDal (soaked for 1 hour)
  13. For Mince Mixture:
  14. 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
  15. 1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
  16. 1 cup Fresh Green Coriander
  17. 2 Green Chillies Finely chopped
  18. 2 Potatoes boiled (medium)
  19. 2 Onions Finely Chopped
  20. 4 Tbs Lemon Juice
  21. 1 tsp Salt
  22. 1 Egg

Steps to make to make Scrumptious Shami Kabab

  1. Cut onion finely sliced, ginger garlic paste, black pepper, cloves and whole red chillies to cook beef mince.
  2. Now add all above ingredients in pressure cooker and wait till 1 whistle.
  3. Soaked chanadaal for 1 hour, whole Coriander seeds, termaric powder, zeera is ready to put in pressure.
  4. Now add these ingredients and let it cook for a while or till mixture cooked properly.
  5. When meat and lentil is nicely cook,turn the heat high and dry it.turn off the heat and let it cool. Now put this mixture in blender and blend nicely.
  6. Now soaked chopped onions with 4 Tbs of lemon juice and leave it for 10 minutes.
  7. Take a bowl add mince mixture, red chilli powder, salt, garam masala, boiled potatoes, green coriander, onions (which soaked in lemon juice), egg, chopped green chillies. Now mash all these and mix well.
  8. Now make shape of kababs and at that point you can freeze them also.
  9. Now fry kabab: put 2 Tbs oil in pan fry kabab, best way to cook is let it fry completely from one side then turn it in this way it will not break and give perfect shape.
  10. Shami Kababs are Ready... here you go and enjoy it with imli ki chutney and Red Chilli sauce.
