  1. In woke add water,beef Mince, split Bengal Gram, onion, whole spices, Ginger Garlic paste, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, Red button chilli, turmeric,salt.
  2. Bring it boil, cover and cook for 30-35 minutes on low flame.
  3. Cook until Water dries and let it cool.
  4. In chopper add green chillies, coriander and mint grind to make a coarse paste.add mince mixture and egg now grind the ingredients very well in a food processor.
  5. After grinding the stuff make kabab of the better with your hands.
  6. And can be stored up to 1 month in freeze.
  7. Heat oil in frying pan and fry the kabab.shami kabab is ready serve with ketchup
