  3. 1 inch ginger

  9. 1inch cinnamon stick
  10. 3-4 cloves
  11. 3-4 green cardamom

  15. as required Oil to fry
  16. As Required Chutney to garnish

Steps to make to make Mutton Shami Kababs

  1. In a bowl add washer mutton keema mince, soaked and drained Chana Dal(soak for 1 hr), whole red chillies, whole cumin seeds, whole coriander seeds, cut onions, garlic, ginger, green cardamoms, black cardamoms, Cloves, cinnamon stick, salt and add water which would reach 1/2” above Keema level
  2. Bring it to boil and boil on medium flame until water is absorbed but not burnt, set aside to cool. Add to a blender
  3. Blend smooth, set aside.
  4. Add a beaten egg to it, and mix well, make balls and set aside
  5. In a pan heat oil and gently add the kababs, on medium flame fry each side 2-3 mins, flip sides. Set aside
  6. Serve with Green Chutney and salad
