- Half kg chany ki Dal
- 2 tbs whole garam masala
- 15- 20 button red chillies
- Water as required
- For assembling:
- 4 medium onions
- 3 inch ginger piece
- 10 green chillies or as per choice
- 3 eggs
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbs garam masala
- 2 tbs coriander seeds
- 1 tbs red chilli flakes
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 2 medium potato boiled
- 1 bunch fresh coriander leaves chopped
- Oil for frying

- Jab meat half done ho jaye soak ki hui Dal dalyn or boil hony dyn
- Jab Dal soft ho jaye or meat b achy sy done ho jaye to high flame py Sara water dry Kar Lyn
- Ab is mixture ko thanda kryn or sari bones or garam masala k Bry pieces discard Kar Dyn or isko kundi Mein pees Lyn
- Jab Sara mixture achy sy pees jaye ab ginger, onions, boiled potatoes or green chillies ko b pees k is mixture Mein add Kar Lyn or chopped fresh coriander leaves add kryn
- Salt, pepper and red chilli flakes and red chilli powder add kryn eggs dalyn mix kryn
- Garam masala or sookha dhania ko light SA dry roast kryn powder bnyn or wo b Dal k mix kryn
- Mixture ko achy sy mix kryn or shami ki shape Dyn or grm oil mein fry kryn
- Acha SA colour any Py dish out kryn or serve kryn
