  1. Peel and chop bananas. Place them in a ziplock and keep aside. Peel and chop beetroot, cut strawberries and cherries. Keep all the three reds in another ziplock. Now place these two ziplocks in deep freeze for overnight.

    Fruits, dates, yakult amd enough sweetness therefore I didn't prefer any more sugar.

    For dates puree, I soaked them in warm milk for 15 mins and blended in a puree.
