  6. For crispy chilli beef, add cornflour and seasonings to the beef and combine. Fry in oil for 5 minutes each side. Set aside. Add rest of ingredients to a pan and simmer for 10 minutes. Add back the beef and then mix for two minutes
  7. For vermicelli noodles, add spices to boiling water in a pan and boil your noodles. Take your noodles out, heat sesame oil in a pan and add sliced red pepper, fry your noodles for 3 minutes stirring often
  8. Serve everything with your choice of garnishes and prawn crackers
