  9. Mix all ingredients and brush it over the chicken on both sides. Keep the balance of the marinate mixture
  10. Roast the chicken for 20 minutes
  11. Once it’s done, light brush again the skin with the marinate mixture
  12. To make chilli dipping sauce: mix all and blend. Put lime juice, salt and sugar according to your taste
  13. To make soy dipping sauce: mix all ingredients
  14. To make chicken soup: take the balance of the broth, add more water
  15. Boil again the soup. Salt to taste.
  16. Garnish with fried shallots and spring onion
